| Becoming affiliated with Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) is a multiple step qualification process that includes phone interviews, information exchange, and an in-person, two-day interview process held at our home office in Pennsylvania. Aligning with RAC may not be the right decision for everyone. However, the qualification and two-day Mutual Evaluation process is a professional career exploration process that will provide ideas and tools that will benefit everyone who is considering a professional transition. During the qualification and Mutual Evaluation process, RAC will be looking to accomplish the following: - Learn details about your professional experience, qualifications, and transferable skills
- Have a clear understanding of your business goals, objectives, and timelines for accomplishing those goals
- Conduct a number of personal interviews
If an invitation for the two-day Mutual Evaluation process is extended you can expect the following: - To meet key members of RAC executive team
- To meet one-on-one with several members of the Executive Committee who will be conducting the interviews and reviewing your qualifications
- To learn how the RAC processes generate measurable client results
- To review all of RAC’s client materials, diagnostic tools, as well as our proven marketing and client generation tools
- To evaluate the business model and revenue opportunities
- To learn how to develop or expand a successful business in this field
