| At a recent two and a half day customer event, Resource Associates Corporation (RAC), provided their customers with an opportunity to have a lot of fun and the opportunity to donate to a great cause. On Thursday evening, July 14, 2011, three RAC associates volunteered to participate in a dunking booth to raise money for The Arbor Day Foundation which inspires people to plant, nurture, and celebrate trees. RAC is excited to report almost $600.00 was raised for The Arbor Day Foundation. |

On July 13, 2011, Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) unveiled their new line of business sustainability tools at a two and a half day customer event. These tools and methodology are made available through RAC´s new division – The Institute for Sustainability.
No matter how a company defines sustainability or how they choose to implement the concepts, there are commonalities to sustainability that exist in all businesses and industries. Sustainability creates a competitive business advantage while positively impacting the environment. It is a business strategy that aligns all the critical components of a successful organization:

| Eighth-graders focus on leadership and their future! LaSalle Academy's Max James is the first of 28 eighth-graders to give a presentation Sunday in Shillington, where he and his classmates graduated from a 16-week Rising Stars Leadership Process adapted from a similar corporate program. Resource Associate's Kathy Bentz and Bonnie Lay, a leadership consultant, coached the students in goal setting, planning, and motivational techniques.

| Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) has officially moved into its new office space at One Meridian Blvd, Wyomissing, Pennsylvania. They are taking advantage of 14,000 square feet of custom designed space built specifically for their office and conference area needs. Their move and new space could not come soon enough as they had outgrown their previous space for both staff and conference needs. They are excited about their new home in this well-appointed, professional complex. |

| Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) has executed an agreement and begins the build out process on their new, more spacious office space. Their current location has served them well for over 22 years but provides no additional room or options for growth. The office space is a blank slate, and RAC has the ability to design and build out the space to fit their exact staff and conference needs. The build-out process should take approximately 6-8 months, and RAC’s team is excited about what will become their new location. |

| Resource Associates Corporation (RAC) has unveiled a professionally recognized Coaching Certification process (Resource Associates Coaching Academy) in an effort to help their Affiliate network provide the best process and quality of corporate and personal coaching services. RAC’s coaching certification is a three-phase process including an 8-week education course, which concludes with a written examination and graded coaching proficiency. The final step in the process includes extensive client verification. |
