| President, Resource Associates Corporation
Tammy Kohl, President of Resource Associates Corporation (RAC), has been with the corporation since 1986. During that time she has held a series of increasingly responsible positions until her appointment in January 2002 to the position of President. Tammy's experience in working with personal clients and RAC Affiliates has given her practical and extensive experience in the areas of creating customer loyalty, comprehensive knowledge of RAC and Total Quality Institute (TQI) processes, and generating results on both the personal and organizational level. This knowledge and experience is invaluable in establishing the future course of RAC on a national and international level. She is a personal coach and is RAC Attribute Index certified. Tammy is the author of published articles about personal and organizational development. She is a co-author of a series of manuals used by an international network of independent consultants on strategic planning, customer loyalty, time strategies, leadership for teens, and executive development. In addition to her business acumen, management, and people skills, she is proficient in setting strategic directions and accomplishing them. Tammy holds a degree in Business Administration. She is an instructor for Achievement Seminars International and heads the RAC Executive Committee. She is Board Member of a privately held corporation and a member of Berks County Chamber of Commerce, CEO Roundtable, and ASTD. | | | | | President, Total Quality Institute James Godshall is President of Total Quality Institute (TQI) and a senior partner of Alignment Consulting International, LLC. His management consulting experience has focused on the implementation of holistic business strategies to achieve long-term competitive success through the alignment of organizational systems. Prior to his current career, Jim had over 30 years' experience in both professional and consumer product industries at the senior executive level. Jim is a graduate of Bucknell University and has completed post-graduate work at George Washington University. He is an instructor for Achievement Seminars International. Memberships and affiliations include: Association for Quality and Participation, American Society for Quality, GOAL/AQP. He served as Judge for Quality Valley, U.S.A. Award, for three years, and a two-year judge for the Florida Davis Productivity Award. Jim serves as an outside member of the Board of Directors for two private corporations and is a member of the RAC Executive Committee. He has authored and published a series of manuals and processes for the successful implementation of continuous quality improvement, which are used internationally. Bill Sweney is a Vice President of Development. He brings a wealth of experience to this position in both business knowledge and people skills. Bill's background and past experience provide him with the necessary skills to execute his role of selecting individuals who are qualified to become RAC Affiliates. This allows RAC to leverage the Affiliate network to give us greater national recognition through the achievement of results. Additionally, his skills help new Affiliates create businesses that best fit their background, abilities, and needs. Prior to joining RAC, Bill worked in both the retail and consulting industries. He spent over 25 years in the retail industry serving in human resource capacities and various management positions. He also worked with a national consulting company in the area of new business development. Bill is a graduate of Lycoming College in Williamsport, PA. He is very active in his community and church, especially working with youth programs. Bill is a member of the RAC Executive Committee. | | | |  | Vice President Diane Rollins is a Vice President of Development and has been a member of the RAC team since 1987. During this time she was instrumental in appointing the original Total Quality Institute (TQI) network in 1992. She brings great expertise and knowledge to this position as a result of her hands-on experience in personal interviewing and screening of potential Affiliates. Diane's knowledge of our industry began while working in the training department of a publicly held utility company and continues as she works with Affiliates in a wide variety of industries. Diane holds a bachelor's degree in Business Communications with a minor in Industrial Psychology. She is certified by TQI and Achievement Seminars International as a facilitator and is a member of the RAC Executive Committee. | | | |  | Vice President Jill Bradley is a Vice President of Development for RAC. Jill began her career at RAC in 1999 in a Development role and has held various positions of increasing responsibility with the company since that time. Jill has brought a wealth of both people and organizational skills to RAC and is involved in training of both staff and Affiliates. She is a member of the Executive Committee and is certified by TQI. Prior to coming to RAC, Jill was involved in television production and public relations with an NBC affiliate television station, in roles both on and off camera. Jill is a graduate of Kutztown University in Kutztown, PA, with degrees in both Communications and Public Relations. Additionally, she continues her community involvement as a Business and Industry volunteer for Kutztown University which, includes "Speakers Forum" and "Great Women" conferences. Other interests are in personal development and public speaking. | | | |  | Vice President Wendy Howland is Vice President of Support Services for Resource Associates Corporation. She began her career at RAC in 1991 as an administrative assistant and since then has held various positions of increasing responsibility ranging from purchasing and product coordinator, administrative manager of support services, support analyst and director of support services. In her various roles she has exhibited an ability to grasp complex tasks and bring them to successful conclusions through her unique ability to work equally effectively with both people and projects. Her people skills have allowed her to assist many of our Affiliates to develop their successful businesses while creating a supportive environment for her support team. Her organizational skills have allowed RAC to keep its product line current and cost effective for its affiliate network by developing and implementing processes to create quality in an efficient and effective manner. Prior to joining RAC, Wendy had responsibilities in developing and providing customer service roles in a service industry and later became a nursing practitioner in the healthcare industry. In each industry she had both hands-on and supervisor responsibilities. Wendy has completed courses at Reading Hospital School of Nursing, Learning By Design seminars, and has earned Facilitation Techniques Certification. She is certified in RAC Attribute Index Training and has completed course and practical application work with Resource Associate Coaching Academy. Wendy is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and the RAC Executive Committee. |
